1. Before Shipping
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will:

✅ issue a full refund to your original payment method
2. After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped:
❌ cancellation is no longer possible
However, after receiving the order, you may request a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Late Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled if:

courier has already attempted delivery

the cancellation request was made too late
5. Refund After Cancellation
For eligible cancellations:
