If there is any issue with your order, we’re here to help.


Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since you received your product, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

βœ… Your item must be unused
βœ… Your item must be unworn
βœ… In the same condition that you received it
βœ… In the original packaging
βœ… With all tags and accessories included

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

❌ Used or worn footwear
❌ Products without original packaging or tags
❌ Items damaged by customer use
❌ Products returned after 7 days

We also do NOT accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Some personal care items


Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require:

βœ… Receipt or proof of purchase
βœ… Photos or video (if damaged or wrong product)


Partial Refund Situations

Only partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item shows signs of use

  • The product is not in original condition

  • Items are missing parts not due to our error

  • The return request is made after 7 days


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

βœ… Inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected

If approved, your refund will be processed to your:

Refund usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on:

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

❌ Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift:

βœ… The gift giver will be informed of the return

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
